ANIMAA

The word anima means "infinite smallness" in Sanskrit. Animaa is an Aisvarya that meaning wealth. It is one of the eight principal siddhis (abilities or magical powers) the first to attain by the yogin. In Latin, it means the soul, the life. In Jungian psychology, the word anima/animus is the unconscious or true inner self of an individual. Our anima is the unconscious part of our mind that works automatically, without introspection or awareness. animaa is psyche or spirit that comes with the deepest or subconscious aspects of the mind, "rational soul or intelligence.

Founder

Rajib and Suganya are the founders of Animaa yoga wellness. They aspired to propagate holistic livelihood among the general public, therefore, joined hands to share their knowledge about yoga and natural living. They started their beautiful journey of animaa, the natural pathway to enlighten drugless therapies. They believe, "to work for the common good is the greatest venture". Rajib and Suganya's paths met for the purpose, togetherto serve the community and the Environment.

Rajib was born in northeast India, where he grew up with much passion for the world. He moved to South India when he was poised to enter into the yogic path. He earned a yoga diploma from Svyasa Yoga University in Bangalore and learned Pancha Karma from a renowned Ayurveda doctor. He has been practicing and teaching yoga for 18+ years. Rajib is an Life member of IYA ( Indian yoga Association)

Rajib traveled across Asia and taught yoga in China, Taiwan, Sri Lanka, Middle East countries, and India. He believes that experience is a good teacher of life and yoga is a way of life and an inward path toward ultimate reality. He shares his practical knowledge in his classes; with his unique teaching style. He counsels each student for their improvement in concentration and strength of mind.

Dr.Suganya

Suganya has embraced yoga as her life’s path and career. She is a Naturopath and Yoga physician, and she also completed a post-graduate Diploma in Yoga. Suganya believes that Yoga is the way to open our inner world, unveiling the ignorance (Avidya). She teaches yoga through motivation and mindfulness. Her father was her first yoga guru, who taught her to seek inner truth through yoga philosophy. Her teaching emphasizes insightful techniques that help students deepen their practice. She has been teaching yoga for more than 15 years. She traveled across Asia and Middle East countries to teach yoga. She says "life is a glorious journey to rejoice and grow higher levels". One will learn courage, compassion, and wisdom along with yoga.

Dr.Muralidhara is Ayurvedic Physician with a master's in Applied Psychology is a corporate wellness trainer for 20+ years. An expert in therapeutic Yoga having clients all over India. Having completed his PG in Hospital Management PG diploma in therapeutic Yoga, he is active in Senior Living management and Eldercare. Having rendered his expertise to companies like iWave systems, BBI, CRSeals, AT&E, Nokia, Honeywell, Convergys, Accenture, ISF Maritime, and many more, he is a sought-after trainer and wellness consultant. Hockey player during school and college days, he is a theater enthusiast.

Tripti Bhat

Tripti has her master’s degree in Yoga, with her specialization in therapeutic yoga and wellness. She has her diploma in Naturopathy & Yoga and she is a certified Nutritionist. She has been conducting Yoga and wellness workshops for youth and children for 17+ years. Having done her bit as a member of research teams to find therapeutic effects of Yoga, she has been treating people affected with Diabetes, Cardiac illnesses, psychosomatic illnesses, and so on. She is a corporate yoga teacher since 2001. Her clientele includes Honeywell, Indian oil, Ashiana Housing Ltd, ISF, MFar, B-Biotech, and so on.
