Admission Policy
- Animaa yoga wellness offers an online reservation system. Filling out the admission form is mandatory before arrival.
- Health clients are advised to fill in the admission form without skipping any details and are required to submit all the information as needed, including health status, contact details, mobile numbers, and email ID’S for us to contact you. We retain the right to refuse the booking / cancel the reservation / not honor the reservation if there is a lack of accurate data.
- After approval of the admission form, you will be intimated via email / SMS to proceed with online payment. After successful online payment, you will obtain a booking confirmation from our side.
- Health clients are requested to check the details in the confirmation Email Voucher and ensure that the same is in order; if there is any discrepancy, state it to the Animaa yoga Reservation immediately. We retain the right not to entertain any amendments/rectifications later.
- The users are requested to take the utmost precautions while making online reservations. If you are not used to internet operations and net banking / online credit card payments, we ask you to desist from using this facility and instead call us and make the bookings. The Animaa yoga reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Reservations, Admission, its cancellation policy, tariff and package rates, and other terms without any notice.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation done
20 days before the arrival date – will Refund 100%.
10 days before the arrival date — will Refund 50%.
- There will be No Refund or discount in case of No Show.
- Refunds will typically be processed and issued within 2 weeks from the date of cancellation.
- For any amendment or cancellation of bookings, Clients need to write via email to info.animaayoga@gmail.com and receive confirmation.
- Amendments or cancellations of bookings will attract retention charges.

Also, we collect other information like occupation, marital status, height, weight, passport & visa details, personal health details, Etc.
