The online classes are via Zoom, Please make sure you have a zoom application in your devices. This is an important step to ensure you get the entry to the video lessons.
Level 1 – This is a beginner’s level of practice. You will learn the basics of yoga asana, breathing techniques, relaxation and concentration.
Level 2 – This class involves body alignment to yoga postures and breathing coordination, improving balance, stretching and release tension.
Single class participation: A more flexible option allows you to attend any class with a single entry pass. Please write to us to get confirmation.
